Senior Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

• To handle full set accounts and reporting matters
• To generate payment voucher, debit note, credit note and journal voucher
• Perform daily accounting operations
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into computerised accounting system
• Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts
• Liaise with team members for ensuring proper recording of information & financial data
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secretary on related issues
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy
• At least 5 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Knowledge and experience in using Autocount accounting software system will be added advantages
