Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities: 

• Manage full sets of multiple dormant accounts and oversee month-end/year-end closing.
• Manage local & overseas vendors and salary payments.
• Perform daily bank balance monitoring and monitor cash flow for optimal fund allocation into FD.
• Work collaboratively with the vendors/requestors to resolve financial accounting related matters.
• Verify the accuracy and sufficiency of documents from vendors to support smooth financial operations.
• Manage foreign currency transactions to minimize exchange losses.
• Coordinate with banks to facilitate international wire transfers and other banking operations.
• To perform other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements and skills:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: at least 3 years in general accounting or finance roles
