Senior Account Executive, Professional Services

Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) is hiring a ProServe Account Executive (PAE). In this role, you will engage new and existing customers in transformative projects around IT strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations. You will collaborate with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to drive customer success and business growth, primarily by defining business outcomes, proposing solutions, and securing SOW sign‑off. After launch, you will monitor ongoing projects to ensure the agreed Customer Business Outcomes (CBO) are achieved.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts by engaging customers and driving high‑value engagements.
• Collaborate with Amazon Global Sales representatives to coordinate key account strategies.
• Create proposals, secure customer sign‑off on Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure successful project delivery.
