Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Key account representative between TAG and the agencies
• Liaise with Creative agency to ensure necessary final artwork materials are uploaded to the client's Digital Asset Library, and in the right folders, with the necessary information updated in the Metadata fields
• Liaise with Media Agencies and / or Publications to retrieve necessary media specifications and request for extension of deadlines
• Media specifications received should be updated in the Media Specifications database
• Maintain overall quality control on all deliverables and ensure materials submitted are on time and accurately
• Ensure all administrative work is completed according to WLT requirements, i.e. opening of job tickets, getting comments and approvals
