Key Responsibilities
Full Set Accounting
Handle
full set of accounts
(AR, AP, GL) including monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Prepare
monthly management accounts
, cash flow statements, and basic financial analysis.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with
MFRS
and internal company policies.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data for reporting purposes.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance (Priority)
Prepare and submit
corporate tax computations and filings
.
- Handle
withholding tax
,
SST (if applicable)
, and other relevant tax submissions.
- Ensure
payroll-related statutory contributions
(PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD) are accurate and submitted on time.
- Liaise with
LHDN, SSM
, and relevant authorities on tax and statutory matters.
