SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER | Full-time, permanent
Works onsite in Calgary, AB
Mandatory in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
Remote optional days are on Wednesday and Thursday
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who can confidently own and grow client relationships while making sure the work we deliver actually drives results.
At Tiller, this role is about more than keeping clients happy, it’s about helping them move their business forward. You’ll lead a portfolio of accounts totaling approximately $1.5M to $2M in annual revenue, working closely with a Project Manager and a broader team to connect strategy, execution, and outcomes.
This is a role for someone who enjoys complexity, can think on their feet, and brings clarity when things get messy. You’re comfortable leading conversations, challenging thinking when needed, and helping both clients and teams stay focus...
