Senior Account Manager

We're a performance-driven digital marketing agency working with car dealerships across the U.S. Our job is simple: drive qualified traffic to the showroom and turn marketing spend into real sales.
We're hiring an Account Manager who has lived inside a digital marketing agency and owned client relationships end to end. This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You will lead calls, interpret performance, plan campaigns, and step directly into ad platforms as needed.
This is not a coordinator role and not a junior position.
You'll be responsible for:
Owning client relationships and being the primary point of contact.
Leading performance review calls and day-to-day client communication.
Analyzing Meta and Google Ads performance and translating data into clear next steps.
Planning lead generation campaigns with clear intent, structure, and testing logic. (Meta/Google)
Reviewing ad creative and landing pages and identifying when changes are needed.
