Job Description
Responsibilities: Individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on teamwork and building relationships within both local public and private HLI sectors. Drive and determination to consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas. Proven ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline of at least 3x the assigned quota. Achieve incremental and new sales from greenfield accounts, while minimising customer churn. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and enhance its market presence. Provide accurate forecasting and timely expense reporting to support business planning. Maintain daily/weekly/monthly metrics, manage a robust sales pipeline, and consistently meet sales goals. Independently manage tenders/RFQs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
