Senior Account Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US bookkeeping for multiple clients.
• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes.
• Perform Bank, Credit Card & Loan Reconciliations .
• Process and manage US Payroll (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly).
• Prepare and file Sales & Use Tax returns .
• Maintain General Ledger and perform journal entries.
• Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Year-End financial statements .
• Assist in Finalization of Accounts .
• Coordinate with US clients for accounting queries and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Work on accounting software like QuickBooks (Online/Desktop), Xero
