Senior account officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US bookkeeping for multiple clients.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes.
- Perform Bank, Credit Card & Loan Reconciliations.
- Process and manage US Payroll (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly).
- Prepare and file Sales & Use Tax returns.
- Maintain General Ledger and perform journal entries.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Year-End financial statements.
- Assist in Finalization of Accounts.
- Coordinate with US clients for accounting queries and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Work on accounting software like Quick Books (Online/Desktop), Xero
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (CA Inter / CPA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of US Payroll processing & Sales Tax filing.
- Hands-on experience with Quick Books is mandatory.
