Base pay range

BlueFlag LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant and Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will run our day‑to‑day accounting in QuickBooks Online, support our US CPA with tax and compliance, and build financial analyses for new products and services. You will be our primary internal accounting and finance resource, working closely with the Managing Partner and an external US CPA firm.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain the general ledger in QuickBooks Online
• Own month‑end close: record journal entries, reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts, maintain AR/AP and fixed asset schedules
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and basic cash flow reports
