About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong analytical and organizational skills to manage all aspects of property accounting. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in accounting and strong English communication skills. Background in property management or real estate accounting preferred , not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounting cycle for assigned properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and review monthly property financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and owner requirements.
• Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Manage owner distributions, security deposits, and tenant ledgers.
