Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager (Real Estate)

On behalf of a growing real estate investment fund, we are currently seeking a Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager to support and contribute to the development its finance and accounting team. Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager Manage the full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare monthly management reports, statutory reports, and variance analyses to support business decisions. Consolidate multiple entities or property portfolios. Review property accounts and fund requests submitted by property managers. Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions for assets under management. Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts. Monitor and maintain cash flow projections to ensure operational stability and meet capital expenditure needs.
