Job Description
The Senior Accountant is responsible for independently owning the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records through hands on management of QuickBooks Online, operating with minimal oversight in a fully remote environment. This role maintains day to day bookkeeping and accounting activities including chart of accounts setup, bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable management, balance sheet and profit and loss accuracy, discrepancy resolution, and financial reporting using Excel or Google Sheets.
