Role~ Senior Accountant / Assistant Controller Location~ 100% Remote Schedule~ Monday–Friday, aligned with ET or CT Reports to~ CFO

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant / Assistant Controller to independently manage the full accounting operation and monthly close cycle. This role requires strong technical depth, sound judgment, and the ability to deliver accurate financial reporting without close supervision. Key Responsibilities

• Revenue & Sales Accounting
• Record and reconcile daily revenue from POS systems (Gravity, Sunstar/Datacap).
• Reconcile deposits, AR, and chargebacks.
• Manage deferred revenue and ensure proper revenue recognition.
• Understand flows between revenue, inventory, and sales & use tax.

Sales & Use Tax (Critical)

• Prepare and file multistate sales tax returns.
