Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Canada (100% remote)

$90k to $100k

This role would report into their new controller
US reporting experience required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management fees, bank reconciliations and journal entries ensuring that deadlines are met in a timely manner
• Maintain the G/L and working paper files for all residential and commercial properties by posting journal entries
• Handle auditor queries for all year-end audits
• Payroll and US reporting experience required
• Assist in the preparation and reviewing of annual budgets
• Ensure timely completion and maintenance of accounting data to meet reporting deadlines
