Senior Accountant

What You'll Do:

• Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including payment processing, managing tax submissions, accounts receivable and retail reconciliation, accounts payable, monthly balance sheet schedules, staff claims verification, and invoice coding.
• Maintain complete sets of accounts in compliance with internal accounting policies and applicable local financial reporting standards.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules for management review.
• Coordinate and oversee annual inventory counts for retail outlets and warehouse locations alongside operations teams and external auditors.
• Administer fixed asset records, including tagging and tracking to ensure accurate documentation of asset movements.
• Develop weekly cash flow forecasts and provide visibility on cash positions to management.
