Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivables

• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Record and apply customer payments
• Prepare monthly AR reports, aging schedules, and collection forecasts
• Oversee dealer floorplan and retail financing programs with lending partners

Accounts Payable

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
• Record invoices and expenses in the accounting system
