Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accountant, Real Estate Financial Operations to play an instrumental role in developing and completing the financial reporting for the foreign real estate portfolio totaling over $8.5 billion. The role requires preparing year‑end consolidated financial statements, driving efficiencies across reporting cycles, and contributing to special projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare year‑end consolidated financial statements, working papers, and reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Own a portfolio of properties by loading data, validating uploads, preparing consolidation working papers from detailed property‑level financial data, and answering audit queries.
