Job Description

Under the general supervision of the Controller, prepares general ledger reconciliations, completes internal and external reporting, prepares and participates in outside audits and trains/mentor staff.



This role plays a critical role in supporting the financial integrity and operational effectiveness of this nonprofit, community-based rural hospital. This position is responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, ensuring compliance with nonprofit and healthcare financial regulations, and contributing to financial planning and reporting processes.
