Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join a well-established and successful firm based in Hobart, Tasmania. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in private practice, with strong technical expertise in taxation. Experience in auditing and self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs) highly considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Taxation:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts.
- Provide high-quality tax planning and compliance advice to clients.
- Keep abreast of changes in tax legislation and ensure ongoing compliance.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide strategic financial advice and insights to help clients achieve their goals.
