**Your Day-to-Day**

In this role, you will:

• Supervise and mentor a small team of accounting staff to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Oversee key financial processes, including payroll, budgeting, and audits.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with IHG and local regulations.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and improve profitability.

• Manage and develop internal controls to safeguard company assets.
