The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant who will work closely with the CFO and Finance Manager to deliver accurate, timely financial reporting, uphold strong financial governance, and provide insightful analysis that supports sound decision-making across the group. This role goes beyond traditional accounting: you will be actively involved in understanding the business, identifying trends and risks, and translating financial data into meaningful insights for management.
In addition, you will play a key leadership role within our finance function. We are looking for someone who will lead, mentor, and develop members of our accounting team, setting clear standards, fostering accountability, and encouraging continuous improvement. By sharing your knowledge and experience, you will help maintain a high-performing finance team and contribute to the growth of future finance talent within the organisation.
