Senior Accountant

Summary:

•The accountant will perform daily accounting activities in Japan and prepare accounting deliverables.
•The accountant may be partnered with junior staff where the company deems fit and is expected to guide them to deliver tasks efficiently.
•The accountant must embrace ADM’s culture of good collaboration with BU Finance and various stakeholders for respectively projects expected of all employees.
Main Responsibilities:

Daily Bookkeeping: manage day-to-day financial transactions, including processing supplier invoices, incoming receipt and payments approval.

Bank reconciliation cash forecast: regular reconciliation for bank statements and intra account balances to ensure cash accuracy; perform weekly and quarterly cash forecast.

T&E settlement: Booking of T&E related transactions
