Senior Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations related to the general ledger.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and maintain detailed balance sheet schedules, ensure alignment with general ledger balances.
• Review e-invoicing reconciliations to ensure accurate matching of system data with external submissions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with finance and tax teams to ensure e-invoice data is aligned with monthly filings and corporate tax reporting.
• Evaluate Capex request / fixed asset requisitions and coordinate with requesters to ensure ROI and payback analysis are realistic, well-supported, and include proper justifications, capacity analysis, and documented evidence prior to Corporate Finance submission for approval.
