SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

The Senior Accountant will be in charge of all periodic reporting required by the Luxemburg
regulations and support the Head of Finance and Accounting in daily tasks.

> Review the input of invoices and expenses in the accounting system
> Perform controls and related reconciliations in relation with internal stakeholders
> Maintain accounting records up-to-date
> Prepare and deliver all statutory filings in IFRS, as well as CSSF Returns & long forms,
STATEC returns
> Be responsible for CSSF & BCL reporting
> Prepare and process year-end accounting procedures in cooperation with the auditors and
accommodate to other audits
> Perform consolidation activities if required
> Improve and develop the risk control framework
> Be an active member of the external audit compliance team
> Develop capital markets & money front to back office infrastructure
