Provides quality Accounting and Tax services to each of the individual and business clients. Their accounting, tax preparation, and additional financial services are tailored to work with foreign corporations that are establishing a US presence. They have expertise in a full range of services such as tax preparation and planning, all types of entity formation and registration of companies across the US, managing inter-company transactions, bookkeeping, payroll services, management reporting, US government contracting compliance, among others.

We are hiring a Senior Accountant (not a bookkeeper) to fully own the month-end close for multiple US-based venture capital–backed startups. This role requires hands-on, verifiable VC industry experience and a deep understanding of accrual-basis accounting in fast-paced startup environments.
