Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible in keeping the company's internal finance engine running smoothly—owning invoicing, reconciliations, government compliance (PH), and month-end reporting across
multiple entities in Australia and the Philippines
. This role is key to protecting financial integrity, staying audit-ready, and continuously improving how we work.

What you'll be responsible for:

Core accounting & compliance (high ownership role):

• Invoicing (High Priority): prepare and issue internal/client invoices every Monday; ensure accurate coding, billing terms, approvals, and tracking
• Daily: bank reconciliations for assigned accounts; monitor/respond to Accounts Inbox; update task progress in ASANA
• Weekly/Fortnightly: AU payment list/run (fortnightly); PH payment list (bi-weekly); record AP supplier entries for all entities
• Philippines Government Compliance: file 1601C, 1601E via EFPS; statutory benefits (SSS, PHIC, Pag-IB...
