Senior Accountant

About the Role

Casto Travel Philippines, Inc. is searching for a high-aptitude Senior Accountant with specialized expertise in U.S. Accounting, Payroll Processing, and Financial Reporting. This is a high-level role requiring a sharp analytical mind to manage complex general accounting functions for our U.S. partners. Unlike traditional BPM roles, this position demands a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, multi-state payroll tax laws, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights directly to U.S.-based leadership.

Key Responsibilities

U.S. Payroll & Compliance

• Process and support U.S. payroll operations, including payroll deductions, 401(k), and federal, state, and local tax compliance
• Manage payroll activities using platforms such as ADP, Gusto, Paychex, Workday, or similar systems
