Labor

  • Accounting Operations

    Perform reconciliations of general and subsidiary ledgers.Manage and maintain fixed asset accounts.Execute payment runs for posted invoices.

  • Financial Reporting

    Prepare and manage monthly financial statements.Create and post monthly accruals in coordination with the controlling department.Support the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with HGB.

  • Tax Compliance

    Handle VAT pre-registration and compliance with German tax laws.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related data.

  • System Management

    Utilize ERP systems (Winrest preferred) for financial data management.Adapt quickly to new tools and processes as required.
