• Review and verify staff expense claims and supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of payment cycles.
• Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding balances, providing regular updates to management on collection status.
• Conduct quarterly inventory ageing reviews in collaboration with logistics and operations teams.
• Work closely with sales, purchasing, and logistics departments to update monthly project work-in-progress (WIP) costing.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and an organized filing system in compliance with internal controls.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow reports and forecasts to support financial planning.
