Job Description
Being responsible for the overall monthly account reconciliation (including but not limited to Cash, Accruals, VAT, WHT, and employee advances). Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining the balance up-to-date.
Supervising team members in preparing payments to both local and overseas vendors. Uploading the payment into bank systems.
Being responsible for overall accruals processes. Work closely with operation teams to ensure that the accruals are complete and accurate.
Preparing accruals during month-end closing and entering them into the ERP system.
Preparing and submitting monthly VAT and WHT filing to the tax office
