Senior Accountant

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with a strong process improvement background to assist with establishing policies and procedures for the company, highly inquisitive, great interpersonal skills, and is looking for a position where they can immediately jump in to make a positive impact on the company. This position is responsible for implementing changes outlined by the controller and proposing process improvements. Follows established company guidelines, processes, and procedures to accomplish business objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare journal entries to book and maintain records of corporate credit card, expense reimbursement, expense accruals, prepaid, CIP capitalization, inventory, loan transactions
• Support month-end and year-end accounting close
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and review of financial results
