Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Checks emails and responds to all client queries, issues and escalations related to data processing.
• Provides consistent updates to clients and accountants for the completed or processed tasks.
• Handles the day-to-day operations of clients including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and/or payroll processing.
• Initiates and documents process improvements related to client's day-to-day operations.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance and reportorial requirements for SEC, LGU, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and other applicable regulatory bodies.
• Prepares financial reports needed by clients such as but not limited to cost summaries/analysis, budgets/forecasts, financial statements, etc.
• Prepares monthly and quarterly tax computations including supporting schedules such as but not limited to alpha lists and summary lists of sales and purchases.
