Senior Accountant

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant with strong apparel industry experience. This is a high-responsibility role (CFO-level accountability) for someone who is comfortable doing everything end-to-end—from daily bookkeeping to cash flow management and lender/factoring negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting (AR, AP, GL, journal entries)
• Prepare and manage cash flow statements
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Execute wire transfers and manage banking transactions
• Act as the primary point of contact with banks and factoring companies
• Handle borrowing base reports, lender/factor reporting, and compliance
• Work directly with factoring companies (e.g., Hilldun or similar)
• Support ERP accounting processes (BlueCherry or similar apparel ERPs)
• Assist with financial negotiations related to cash flow and lending
