Senior Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to oversee and manage the full accounting cycle of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in QuickBooks, advanced MS Excel skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
• Record, review, and approve daily financial transactions
• Prepare and post general journal entries
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Prepare and finalize trial balance, profit & loss statement, and balance sheet
• Manage and reconcile supplier (vendor) ledgers and payables
• Manage and reconcile customer ledgers and receivables
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations on a regular basis
