We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage financial operations for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance, and process improvements. This role requires expertise in Yardi, financial analysis, and real estate accounting.

What Youll Do:

• Manage general ledgers for assigned properties, including journal entries and accruals
• Review ledgers and invoice coding in Yardi Payscan for accuracy and missed tenant chargebacks
• Perform CAM and tax escalations, true-ups, tenant inquiries, and delinquency management
