Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all daily accounting transactions are recorded properly, including AP, AR, payroll, journal entries, credit cards, and bank transactions.
• Complete month‑end and year‑end closings, including preparing and analyzing financial statements and maintaining reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Manage inventory records, assist with product costing, and perform cost rollups or updates as needed for manufacturing operations.
• Maintain and update the chart of accounts, support GL maintenance, and coordinate with IT/ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory standards such as sales tax and payroll.
