Position: Senior Bookkeeper / Senior Accountant

Role: Expert Advanced QuickBooks Online Certified Bookkeeper
Reports To: Firm Owner / Managing Director
Accounting Standard: U.S. GAAP ONLY

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Bookkeeper / Senior Accountant who lives and breathes U.S. GAAP bookkeeping and advanced QuickBooks Online (QBO) workflows.

This role is not transactional. You will own the accuracy, structure, and readiness of client books—ensuring they are clean, reconciled, tax-ready, and defensible.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must meet all of the following:

• QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified ProAdvisor (proof required)
• 5+ years hands-on QBO bookkeeping experience
• Strong, working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Clear understanding of book-to-tax alignment
• Expert-level handling of:
• Accounts Receivable (A/R)
• Accounts Payable (A/P)
