Job Description

 The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
  
  
  
   Responsibilities 
  
 Manage full sets of accounts, bank reconciliations and preparation of schedules
 Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts and monitor financial performance
 Prepare monthly management account and annual financial report in accordance with head office and local statutory requirement
 Handle store payments in Singapore
 Prepare monthly variable rent and sales commission calculations
 Coordinate with auditors in connection with annual audit process and handle GST and corporate tax filing matters
 Other projects as assigned by management
 Occasionally travel may be required
