Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate statutory financial reporting for a portfolio of APAC entities.
Manage relationships with external vendors preparing financial statements, reviewing deliverables for quality and compliance.
Coordinate statutory audits with external auditors and oversee audit readiness.
Partner with tax teams to support corporate tax and VAT filings.
Prepare and review tax‑related reconciliations for monthly and quarterly US GAAP close.
Lead initiatives to streamline and transform statutory compliance processes, including design, testing, and rollout of new tools.
Track and manage activities related to APAC statutory audits in collaboration with the International Statutory Operations team.
