Senior Accountant

SUMMARY:
Our client, a well know wine estate, is seeking to employ a Senior Accountant to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have a BComm Accounting Degree and 5 years’ experience.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Qualification - B.Com Accounting Degree Experience - 5 years' experience Debtors & Cash Management Oversee the full debtor function, including invoicing, returns, reconciliations, and ensuring accurate payment allocations in the accounting system (Temporary). Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements and follow up on overdue accounts, resolving payment discrepancies promptly. Prepare debtor ageing reports and assist with month-end financial close. Perform debtor cash flow forecasting and calculate provision for doubtful debts based on above Debtor ageing analysis .
