• 5+ years of solid accounting experience
• Strong background in financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Knowledgeable in tax compliance, audit coordination, and regulatory requirements
• Establishes internal controls and ensures financial accuracy
• Leadership experience in supervising and mentoring accounting staff
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel
