Job Description

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Coordinate and work on month-end and year-end closing activities

  • Reconcile subledgers and general ledger accounts

  • Prepare accounting schedules

  • Ensure financial records in compliance with TW and US GAAP

  • Prepare local tax computation

  • Assist in preparing and monitoring forecast and budget expenses

  • Work with external and internal auditors for statutory and SOX audits

  • Participate in system verification test for new or modified accounting systems

  • Performing other ad hoc accounting duties as required or assigned

    • SKILLS:

  • Working knowledge of TW tax rules and TW and US GAAP

  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral in English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.

  • Hands on experience with ERP system, particularly Oracle & SAP
