Senior Accountant - Team Leader (Revenue, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury)

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for monitoring the Customer's accounts and company revenues, and for the analysis and reconciliation of accounts necessary to complete financial reports.

Responsibilities

The employee will:

• Prepare revenue per airline
• Prepare monthly summary of port fee based on sales invoices for remittance to MIAA
• Prepare airline global bonus discount
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts as assigned
• Prepare various account schedules for audit (external and internal)
• Review the accuracy and completeness of details on billing invoices, DM, CM such as amounts, currency, etc., including brokerage fees billing
• Monitors accounts receivables and customers' outstanding balance
• Prepare and review customers' official receipts
• Ensure employee cash advances are liquidated on time and up to date
