Senior Accounting

We are looking for a Senior Accounting & Payroll Specialist to join a growing accounting firm supporting high-expectation clients in the United States.

This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who brings strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and clear communication, not just task execution.

You will manage and supervise accounting and payroll operations, act as the main point of contact for clients, and help elevate standards across the team.

What you'll be responsible for

• Overseeing bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online

• Ensuring accurate and timely monthly closings

• Supervising US & Puerto Rico payroll (W-2 & 1099)

• Managing vendor payments through

• Reviewing work from junior bookkeepers

• Maintaining strict deadlines and SLAs

• Communicating clearly with senior clients
