Senior Accounting Associate

We areseeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounting Associate to join our team in Davao City. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support to our growing operations in the region.

Mon to Thu - 7am to 5pm; Fri - 8am to 5pm; Sat 8am to 12nn

What you'll be doing

• Manages general ledger activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assists in the monthly close process and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Monitors cash flow and assists with budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepares bank reconciliations.
• Prepares and records lapsing schedule.
• Prepares cash budgeting.
• Supervises accounting associates and delegates tasks effectively.
