We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounting Associate to join our growing team. This role involves performing daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks for US-based clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including transaction processing such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting processes.
Communicate with clients regarding recurring tasks and ad hoc inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Participate in special projects such as account clean-up, system migrations, and reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and loans.
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.
