* What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the backbone of our operations and finance flow:

• Handle accounts & bookkeeping using our internal platforms
• Manage e-Invoicing, invoices, receipts & supporting documents
• Do proper filing (digital & system-based — not messy folders)
• Track payments, outstanding invoices & basic reconciliations
• Coordinate with operations & sales to ensure invoices match actual jobs
• Prepare simple reports for management (no heavy accounting stress)
