Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service, and building trust through your accounting expertise and guidance.
• Assess financial processes and recommend improvements and tech-forward solutions.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, including reconciliations, month-end entries, and record cleanup.
• Discuss financial results with clients and identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage workflow and timelines effectively.
• Mentor and review work of junior accountants and bookkeepers.
• Primary point of contact of External Auditors.
• Recommend process improvements for better financial reporting and workflows.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, with at least 5 years of experience in small to mid-size business accounting/bookkeeping
